Lomation is pleased to announce that iReminisce now runs on Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6.6+). iReminisce was originally designed exclusively to run on Lion (Mac OS X 10.7+), but we have received a large amount of requests to also make it available for Snow Leopard. Other than two minor cosmetic/graphical differences when running iReminisce on the different Mac OS X versions, the functionalities are identical. So what are the differences?
- Snow Leopard does not support our original popovers (ex: when moving entries to a different date). We implemented a drop-down "sheet" window instead.
- Snow Leopard has an unused "bar" at the bottom to accommodate the "drag handle" at the bottom left corner. Lion does not show the drag handle whereas Snow Leopard does. This bar is purely for consistency purposes and serves no value (yet).
