Screen Marker is a simple utility application that allows you to draw, scribble or add text to your screen. All of your drawings sits on the very top layer of your screen so it will always be on top of all your opened applications. Despite Screen Marker being on top of everything, you can still access and use your applications underneath - including moving them around.
Although this is considered a "fun" utility for us, we actually use quite often to add markings to our screens before taking a screenshots. We found that Screen Marker is a great little utility app to quickly emphasize certain parts of a screenshot when communicating with our customers without having to open up a photo or graphics editor.
